Quality

The first priority for Lombardini has always been attributed to the subjects related to Quality, in terms of a strong approach towards prevention and constant improvement, and to the constant attention to the evolution of all rules and regulations of the industry. These objectives have led Lombardini first to the Certification of the internal Quality System according to UNI EN ISO 9001 in December 1995 and later, in March 2002, to the QS-9000 Standard, related to the products sold within the automotive industry.

Lombardini considers the achievement of these goals not as a final objective, but as a step towards the way to excellence, which means constant investment in Human Resources, technologies, organization and procedures, as well as continuous update of the Quality System, currently according to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 regulations (Vision 2000).
